Cancellation Policy

At MJW Skin we understand that unexpected situations may arise, and we strive to accommodate all our clients as best as we can. To ensure a smooth scheduling process, please review our policies. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 25% cancellation fee. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis, such as for illness or family emergencies. Payment for Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation fee is applicable, a card on file will be charged. If no card is on file, the fee will be applied to your next appointment. Failure to meet these expectations may result in the inability to book future appointments. Late Arrivals: If you arrive within 15-30 minutes late to your appointment without prior contact, your appointment may need to be cancelled. No Call, No Show: If you are 30+ minutes late or miss your appointment entirely, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. *No shows on gift certificates will void certificate. Health Policy: For the safety of all clients and staff, please do not come to your appointment if you are feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms of illness or fever in the past 48 hours. If you need to reschedule due to illness, please contact us as soon as possible. As previously stated, exceptions to cancellation fees may be made in these circumstances.
